摘要
介绍初型撞击式全通径起爆装置的结构和起爆原理,提出其存在的4个不足之处。借助常规起爆装置的设计经验,经过大量的试验和研究,研发与全通径射孔作业配套的新型全通径起爆装置。设计上将初型的陶瓷密封系统改为撞击密封一体化系统,采用O型圈密封;将初型的铸铁通径芯件改为特种高分子材质的通径芯件;将初型的胶粘剂粘接组装结构改为机械紧固装配结构。模拟试验和油田现场应用表明,该新型起爆装置的结构合理、性能指标稳定,完全能够满足全通径射孔技术工艺要求。
Introduced are the structure and initiation principle of prototype impacting full bore ini-tiator, and pointed out are its 4 shortcomings. With the help of traditional initiator design experi-ence, a new kind of full bore initiator is developed after a large number of tests and researches. It has 3 inovations in design of the new initiator: ① impact-seal integrated method instead of ceram-ic seal method with O-ring seal;② special polymer material core instead of cast iron core;③ me-chanical fastening assembly structure instead of adhesives. Simulation test and practical applica-tion in oilfield show that this new initiator has reasonable structure and stable characteristics, it completely meets the technical demand of full bore perforation.
