摘要
针对海洋油田井壁取心装置的特点,基于16bit单片机SPMC75F2413A和芯片UC3875研制了一种深井中驱动双相感应交流电机地面供电电源驱动控制系统,该电源由AC/DC/AC-AC/DC/AC多环节功率变换单元构成,采用电流和电压的PI调节器闭环系统,实现从单相AC110V工频/低压至双相AC600~AC1200V变频/中压的变换。实验表明,该供电电源克服了传统的调压器加变压器的海洋油田测井线性电源的缺点,可以在海洋油田测井行业内推广应用。
According to sidewall coring equipment features in marine oilfield and the 16 bit single chip microcomputer SPMC75F2413A and UC3875, a ground power supply drive control system is developed for double-phase AC motor in deep well. The power supply system consists of AC/DC/ AC--AC/DC/AC multi-link power conversion units, tests voltage and current PI regulator closed-loop system and realizes a conversion from single-phase ACll0V common frequency/low voltage to double-phase AC600-AC1200V/medium voltage. Experiment shows that the power supply system overcomes shortcomings of traditional liner power of transformer and voltage regu-lator in marine oil well logging. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, small starting current, fast dynamic response, VVVF energy-saving operation and higher intelligence. The power supply system may be widely used in marine oil well logging.
