白细胞介素-25在免疫炎症性疾病中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 白细胞介素（IL）-25是最新发现的IL-17家族的较独特的成员，是在寻找IL-17家族其他成员的同源序列时发现的。IL-17家族具有共同的结构特点即C2末端为5个半胱氨酸残基组成的保守序列和N-末端由几个半胱氨酸残基组成的高变序列。
