铝电解作业工人肺通气功能改变 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨铝电解作业氧化铝粉尘等有害因素对工人肺通气功能的早期影响 ,我们对某电解铝厂铝作业工人进行了肺通气功能测定及现场劳动卫生学调查。结果显示铝作业工人呼吸系统症状显著增加 ,肺通气功能为小气道阻塞性改变 ,FEV1均值随工龄延长、累计接尘量增加和吸烟量增加而显著下降 ,FEV1异常率明显增高。接触组内FEV1异常与有害因素之间Logistic回归分析结果表明 ,工龄和吸烟量是造成肺通气功能损伤的重要因素 ,OR值分别为 1 5 30和 1 44 5。提示铝电解作业可导致工人肺通气功能损害 ,降低作业场所粉尘浓度和戒烟以及减少接触铝尘作业工龄是降低工人肺通气功能损害的重要预防措施。 In order to study changes in pulmonary function and respiratory tract symptoms,255 male workers occupationally exposed to aluminum oxide and 216 controls were investigated.The results showed that symptoms such as dry throat,cough,chest stress appeared more often in the exposed group.Characteristic changes in pulmonary function were obstructive in small air way.ANOVA showed FEV 1% decreased as the increase of working age,cumulative dust exposure,and amount of cigarettes smoked per day.Within the exposed workers,logistic regression analysis showed that the abnormality percentage of FEV 1 was closely associated with the working age(OR=1 530,P=0 0256)and the amount of cigarettes smoked per day(OR=1 445,P=0 0620).It suggested that workers pulmonary function could be impaired by exposure to aluminum oxide and could be prevented by decreasing the working age in aluminum potroom and quitting the smoke.
