摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在产程中对产妇分娩过程的影响。方法选取200例初产产妇,按入院先后顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,每组100例;对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上依据产妇情况实施综合护理干预,即心理护理、舒适护理等方法;观察两组产妇疼痛程度、总产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血量及产妇对护理工作的满意度等指标。结果干预组总产程时间、剖宫产率、产后出血量均低于对照组,产妇满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇分娩过程中实施综合护理干预,对产妇生理心理均有一定影响,可明显提高护理质量,减少并发症,对产妇分娩过程起到正面干预作用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the accelerating influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on delivery process of parturient. Methods Chose 200 firstly-hospitalized parturients, and randomly divided into two groups by being hospitalized according to priority： experiment group （100 cases） and control group （100 cases）. Implement the traditional service mode on the control group, and implement the comprehensive nursing intervention （mental nursing, comfortable nursing） on the experiment group based on the traditional service mode. Observing the pain degree, labor time, delivery mode, amount of postpartum hemorrhage and maternal satisfaction with care work of the two groups of parturients. Results A significant difference of labor time, delivery mode, amount of postpartum hemorrhage and maternal satisfaction between the two groups of parturi- ent （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a certain degree of influences on delivery process of parturients, obviously improving the nursing quality, decreasing the complications and has a positive intervention on maternal deliv- ery of parturients.
