摘要
目的分析老年人髋部骨折患者围术期常见并发症,为临床预防治疗并发症提供依据或指导。方法对2003年1月至2009年3月郑州大学第二附属医院骨科手术治疗的185例(188侧)老年髋部骨折患者围术期并发症进行分析。结果 185例住院期间发生并发症62例(33.5%),其中下肢深静脉血栓形成6例(3.2%),切口感染2例(1.0%),切口延迟愈合12例(6.5%),低蛋白血症5例(2.7%),肺部感染16例(8.6%),死亡1例。结论老年人髋部骨折患者围术期常见并发症依次为肺部感染,切口延迟愈合,下肢深静脉血栓形成。完善检查后尽早手术治疗,术后早期功能锻炼,适当使用抗凝药物能有效降低并发症。
Objective To analyze the common perioperative complications of hip fracture in elderly, in order to provide some evidence and guidance of the prediction and treatment to the complications. Methods The perioperative complications of 185 senior patients （ 188 sides） with hip fracture hospitalized within the period from 2003 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Re- sults The perioperative complications occurred in 62 patients （33.5%）. Pulmonary infection inl6 patients （8.6%） ; delayed union wound 12 patients（6. 5% ） ; deep venous thrombosis （ DVT ） 6 patients （3.2%） ; hypoproteinemia 5 patients （2. 7% ）. Conclusion The most common perioperative complications occurred in elderly patients with hip fracture were as follows： pulmo- nary infection, delayed union wound and DVT. Methods such as timely surgical treatment, early postoperative functional exercise and properly applied anticoagulant drugs can reduce the rate of these complications effectively.
