摘要
目的探讨血小板减少症(TP)患者心脏直视手术的护理方法,为今后的相关护理工作提供经验。方法对河南省胸科医院2002年7月至2010年2月36例行心脏直视手术TP患者行及时针对性的护理,以减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。结果 36例患者术后有2例因心包填塞二次开胸止血,其余患者未发生重大并发症,所有病例均痊愈出院。结论血小板减少症患者患者行心内直视手术尽管出血风险较大,但经过精心手术和及时恰当的护理处理,能取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the surgical nursing care of the thrombocytopenia(TP) in patients undergoing open heart surgery,to provide experience for future surgical nursing care. Methods From July 2002 to February 2010 in Henan Chest Hospital,36 TP patients undergoing open heart surgery were taken target nuring care,to reduce complications and improve the success rate of surgery. Results There were 2 cases of reoperation for stop bleeding due to cardiac tamponade,other 34 patients no major complications,all 36 cases were cured. Conclusion Despite the risk of hemorrhage of TP patients undergoing open heart surgery is high,but after careful surgery and nursing care,timely and appropriate treatment can achieve satisfactory effect.
