摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗少年泥沙样结石的价值。方法回顾性分析22例经中西医结合治愈的少年泥沙样结石患者的临床资料。以胆维他及利胆排石片等中西医结合治疗,观察疗效。结果治疗1～4个疗程(平均2.3个疗程)后,本组全部痊愈,未见明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗少年泥沙样结石疗效明显,不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of traditional chinese and western medicine on juvenile sand-like gallstones. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with juvenile sand-like gallstones who treated by combination of traditional chinese and western medicine were retrospectively analyzed and the curative effects were observed.Results After 1-4 courses of treatment(mean 2.3 courses),all patients were cured,without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of juvenile sand-like gallstones showed obvious curative effect,less adverse reactions,and it is worth popularizing.
