慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期全身应用糖皮质激素治疗的疗效观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的研究在临床使用全身糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床效果。方法选择许昌县人民医院在2009年10月至2011年10月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者60例,治疗过程中分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予两组患者全身糖皮质激素治疗和常规治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的过程中使用全身糖皮质激素可有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,且并发症较少,值得在临床上进行推广。
