摘要
目的观察伏立康唑联合结膜移盖治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法将周口市第三人民医院2007年5月至2010年7月之间确诊为真菌性角膜炎的80例患者,按治疗方法不同随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组单纯给予伏立康唑全身应用;治疗组给予结膜移盖联合伏立康唑治疗,观察两组的临床疗效并进行对比研究。结果两组患者治疗后症状明显改善,视力均提高。治疗组治愈率为90%,对照组为60%。两组比较,治疗组的治愈率及治疗后视力明显提高,平均治愈时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伏立康唑全身应用的基础上联合结膜移盖手术治疗真菌性角膜炎疗效好,可以显著提高治疗成功率,有推广价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of conjunctival flap surgery combined with voriconazole on fungal keratitis.Methods Eighty cases of fungal keratitis admitted in our hosptial from May 2007 to July 2010 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,according to different therapy.Patients in control group were only given voriconazole and the patients in treatment group were given conjunctival flap surgery combined with voriconazole.The clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The sympotoms were obviously improved in both groups after the treatment,and the visions in both groups were improved.The cure rate was 60% in control group and 90% in treatment group.The cure rate and vision were higher,the average healing time was significantly shorter in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of conjunctival flap surgery combined with voriconazole on fungal keratitis is good.It can improve the cure rate significantly,and has application value.
