摘要
目的探讨改良式Duhamel术治疗先天性巨结肠的临床价值。方法回顾性分析阜阳市人民医院2006年6月至2011年12月间收治的21例采用改良式Duhamel术治疗的先天性巨结肠患儿的临床资料,其中常见型巨结肠16例,长段型4例,短段型1例。结果改良式Duhamel术治疗的21例先天性巨结肠患儿均顺利完成手术,手术后发生盆腔积液4例,3例发生手术后大便次数增多,均经口服收敛剂治愈。随访3～24个月,无大便失禁、便秘及粪污等并发症发生。结论应用改良Duhamel术式能有效治疗先天性巨结肠,手术后并发症少,排便功能优良。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of modified Duhamel operation on Hirschsphrung＇s disease（HD）.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with HD adimitted in people＇s hospital of Fuyang from June 2006 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases received the modified Duhamel operation,including 16 cases with general segment type,4 cases with long segment type and 1 case with short segment type.Results Operations were successful in all of the 21 cases.Pelvic hydrops occurred in 4 cases.Increased stool frequency presented in 3 cases,which were cured with astringents.All cases were followed up from 3 to 24 months,without complications such as incontinence,constiptation and fecal contamination.Conclusion The modified Duhamel operation is an effective procedure for the treatment of HD.The postoperative complications are reduced,as well the defecate function is good.
