摘要
网管性能资源管理是移动通信运营商运营支撑系统中的重要组成部分,其准确性直接影响到运营商的服务质量,当前移动通信运营商对于性能资源数据的管理主要以被动的报表查看为主,无法直观判断性能资源数据的准确性。根据广西移动公司爱立信设备原有运营监控方法,以提高运营商对性能数据准确性的高效管理为目的,按照新的数据稽核理念设计了一种比较完善的性能资源数据质量管控系统,实现网管性能资源数据从厂家设备生成到网管侧呈现的全程透明化。
Network performance resources management is an important part in the operation support system of mobile communication operators,and its accuracy directly affects the service quality of the operator.Nowadays,mobile operators NMS performance resource data management is a passive report,this report only provides simple data inquiry and could not determine the accuracy of the performance resource data.According to the original monitoring method Guangxi Ericsson equipment of Mobile Corporation,and with the purpose to improve the operator＇s efficient management of the performance data accuracy,a perfect performance resource data management and control system based on the new concept of data audit is designed,thus to achieve complete transparency of the system performance and resource data generated from the factory equipment to the network side of the rendered process.
