以霍尔电流传感器提高开关电源的效率

摘要 许多开关电源中需要使用电流传感器,将电流大小以电压形式反馈至开关电源控制器,用以调节输入脉冲的占空比或进行电源保护。以往的开关电源往往使用一个串入电流通道的电阻作为电流传感器,利用电阻的压降反馈电流的大小。由于电阻是耗能元件,其将产生功耗。为克服电流传感电阻的功耗,本文采用霍尔传感器作为开关电源的电流传感器,并详细论述了霍尔传感器在开关电源中的设计使用方法。霍尔传感器的使用大大降低了因电流检测而产生的功耗,提高了开关电源的转换效率。 Many switching power supply need use current sensor, make current size feedback to switching power supply controller by the voltage form, to adjust the duty ratio of input pulses or power supply protection. Before, switching power supply often use a string into the current channel resistance as current sensor, use the resistance pressure drop to feedback the size of the current. The resistance is energy dissipation components, it will produce power consumption. In order to overcome the current sensor resistance power consumption, this paper use a Hall sensors as switch power supply's current sensor, and detailed description the Hall sensors design and use methods in the switch power supply. Use hall sensor greatly reduces the power consumption on account of current detection , improve the transfer efficiency of switch power
