摘要
电子商务的发展对经济增长极为重要。通过对电子商务的相关数据进行统计分析,得出电子商务发展水平测算模型,以层次分析法(AHP)确定指标的权重,并给出了具体的思路和计算方法。在调查分析基础上建立适用于电子商务的价值评估体系,通过生产函数对锦州市的电子商务与经济发展的关系进行了实证分析。
E-commerce development is extremely important to economic growth. Through statistical analysis of E-commerce related data, this paper puts forward the measurement model of the E-commerce development index. The model sets the weight of the indexes with AHP, shows the specific ideas and algorithms. The E-commerce value appraisal system is built which is fit for Jinzhou city basis of the empirical analysis.
