摘要
我国气候可行性论证管理趋于规范化,领域和规模越来越大,经济效益越来越明显。目前,我国气候可行性论证主要有社会认识存在偏差、问责机制缺失、区域发展不平衡等问题。应当加深与政府的沟通,推进制度建设,强化宣传力度,扩大气候可行性论证的影响力。
Management of climatic feasibility studies in China tends to be standardized. The areas and scale of climatic feasibility study in China are increasing and economic benefits become more and more. At present, climatic feasibility studies in China still have some problems such as bias in social recognition, lack of accountability mechanisms, and unbalanced regional development. We should deepen communication with the government, promote institutional improvement, strengthen publicity and expand the influence of climatic feasibility studies in the future.
