摘要
日本进行了两次金融不良资产清理，第一次取得了成功，第二次仍然在艰难进行。第一次成功是因为政府清理的决心大、措施得当。第二次艰难则因为政府在经济制度的互补性逐步丧失导致生成不良资产时没有正视现实。日本的经验教训，对于正在进行的我国不良资产清理有着重要的借鉴意义。
Of Japan's efforts on two occasions to clear up bad financial capital, the first time was successful, and the second time is still in process and with much difficulty. The success the first time was due to the government's resolute determination and appropriate measures, while the difficulty suffered the second time was due to the govenment's failure to face up to the reality when bad capital resulted from the gradual loss of reciprocity of the economic system. For our country in the course of clearing up bad capital important lessons could be drawn from Japan's experiences as mentioned above.
