摘要
产业政策是促进战后日本经济高度成长的重要手段。总体而言，战后日本产业政策的主要特点和经验是重视产业结构政策，着力实现结构合理化；强调产业政策的适应性，经常调整政策方向；将政策的制定、组织、实施结合起来，重视政策的动态管理；强调政策的市场导向，将市场机制与政府行为有机结合起来等。
Industrial policies have been an important means in the promotion of the fast growth of economy of Japan after the war. In general, the chief characteristics and experiences of the industrial policies of the post-war Japan are as follows : emphasis on and rationalization of the industrial structure, accent on the suitability of the industrial policies, regular adjustment of the direction of the policies, the combination of the formulation, organization and implementation of policies, emphasis on the dynamic management and market orientation of policies, and the organic combination of the market mechanism and government conduct, etc.
