保存5d去白混合浓缩血小板质量分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前,临床应用的浓缩血小板(PCs)有单采血小板和手工血小板。我国临床以单采血小板为主,随着临床用血量的增大和单采血小板越来越不能满足临床需求的现实,充分利用手工采集全血中的血小板资源一手工血小板不乏是一条有效途径。手工血小板的制备方法有富含血小板血浆法和白膜层法,我国临床应用的手工血小板几乎全部是从手工采集单袋全血中提取的单人份手工血小板,患者需要输注数袋单人份手工血小板才能达到血小板的治疗效果,并且每袋手工血小板都需要合血、多次穿刺易造成交叉污染,不能过滤去除白细胞易发生输血反应。
