摘要
梨果实黑皮病和腐烂病是目前货架期翠冠梨的主要问题。以翠冠梨果实为材料,研究了100 mg/m3臭氧(O3)、1μl/L 1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)和1μl/L 1-MCP与100 mg/m3O3结合处理对货架期梨果实生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,1-MCP处理、1-MCP与O3结合处理均能降低果实黑皮病病情指数和果皮α-法尼烯含量,而O3处理能有效防治果实腐烂;1-MCP与O3结合处理增加了果实硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)以及可滴定酸(TA)含量,降低了果实的腐烂率、失重率和呼吸速率及果内丙二醛(MDA)含量。综合来看,采后进行1-MCP与O3结合处理能有效抑制黑皮病和腐烂病,改善果实贮藏品质,延长果实货架期。
Melanoderma and rot disease are major diseases during the storage of Cuigan pear.To study the inhibitory effect of 100 mg/m3 O3,1 μl /L 1-MCP,1 μl/L 1-MCP and 100 mg/m3 O3 combination treatments against the two diseases,the physiological and biochemical indexes of the Cuiguan fruits were determined.Results indicated that 1-MCP and 1-MCP combining O3 treatments could effectively reduced the disease indexes of melanoderma and α-farnesene content,and O3 treatment could effectively prevented the fruits from rotting.1-MCP and O3 combination treatment increased the fruit hardness,total soluble solids and titrable acid during the storage,reduced the rot rate,weight loss rate and respiration rate of fruits,and MDA content in pericarp.Generally,1-MCP and O3 combination treatment after fruit picking could effectively inhibit the occurrence of melanoderma and fruit rot,as a result,improved the storage quality and extended the shelf-life of Cuiguan fruits.
