摘要
劳动力市场是市场经济的重要组成部分。劳动力市场体系的建立是一个逐步演进的过程。劳动力供给行为方式的差异性 ,是由政府及劳动力供给当事人所在劳动组织对他的保护程度的差别和他支配个人劳动力转让的自由度的差别决定的。而劳动力需求行为方式的差别 ,则取决于体制环境和劳动力资源配置机制。
Labour market is one of important parts in market economy. The establishment of it is a gradual process of development. The difference in the way of labour supplying behavior is decided by the difference between the protecting degree given by the government and the labour organization and the difference of the freedom the labourer controls his own labour transformation. However, the way of labour demanding behavior is decided by system environment and labour resource arrangement. Manager market is an important part of labour market.
