摘要
资本市场作为现代市场经济中调整经济结构、推动区域经济发展的重要工具 ,已与区域经济融为一体 ,成为区域经济发展的重要组成部分。利用资本市场的纽带 ,可以把新经济时代的新思维、新技术、新模式通过资本流动、资产重组、市场创新等形式快捷而科学地引进西部 ,为西部地区真正实现跨越性发展打下坚实基础。本文从资本市场的四个层面即银行中长期信贷市场、股票市场、债券市场、基金与西部大开发的关系 ,阐明了西部大开发离不开资本市场 。
Asanimportantinstrumentinthemodernmarketeconomy,thecapitalmarkethasmergedintoregionaleconomyandhasbe comeoneofitsessentialparts.Withthelinkageofthecapitalmarket,newconceptandnewtechnologyandneweconomicpatternsas wellcanbeintroducedintowesternexplorationintheformsofcapitalflow ,capitalreorganizationandmarketinnovation .Allthesewill helptoestablishasolidfoundationforthefurtherdevelopmentofChina’swesternregion.Thisessaydiscussestherelationshipbetween westernexplorationandthedevelopmentofthecapitalmarketinChina .Afterexaminingtherelationshipsbetweenthefourlayersofthe capitalmarketandwesternexploration ,theauthorcomestotheconclusionthatChina’swesternexplorationreliesonthecapitalmarket andthedevelopmentofthecapitalmarketdependsonwesternexploration .
