论述了深化卫生体制改革以来取得的成效以及下一步应当进一步重点推进的几方面工作,即,加强基层医疗卫生人才队伍建设;优化医疗服务体系;尽快明确基本医疗;推广适宜的治疗方式和手段,规范高值耗材管理;加强患者的教育和引导。
Effect of health system reform has been summarized. Key measures that must be focused in further, such as strengthening human resources training in basic medical institute, optimizing medical service system, identifying basic medical service, extending proper treatment approaches, regulating expensive material management and strengthening patient education are discussed.
