摘要
儒家思想中内涵丰富的政治伦理与政治思想,不但不与当今的政治理念相冲突,还会对当今的一些政治思想起到补偏救弊的作用。徐复观先生以为德治与民本乃儒家政治思想的基础,并指出,儒家修己与治人的标准是不同的,两者不可混淆。他认为,民主政治亦可吸收儒家政治思想以期实现其更大的价值。在此基础上,徐先生就人治与法治问题对孟子政治思想作了深入的分析与澄清。通过对儒家尤其是孟子政治思想的分析与解读,徐复观先生架起了一座沟通儒家思想与现实政治的桥梁。
Confucian thoughts include rich political ethics or political thoughts, which does not conflict with contemporary political idea, but remedies contemporary political thoughts. Mr. Xu Fu - guan thinks that rule of virtue and Minben are the basis of Confucian political thoughts. He indicates that Confucian standards of practicing austerities and ruling by men are different, which cannot be confused. In order to play a great role, he thinks, democracy can also absorb the Confucian political thoughts. On this basis, Mr. Xu seeks fur- ther analysis and clarification for Confucian political thoughts on the issue of ruling by men and the ruling by law. By analyzing and interpreting Confucian political thoughts, Mr. Xu Fu - guan puts up a bridge which links Confucian thoughts with contemporary politics.
