摘要 TDI CCD主要应用于空间遥感和科学实验中,为了解决TDI CCD性能检测过程中精度不够高、检测方法不够准确等问题,提出了一套更为科学而准确的高精度TDI CCD性能检测方法。首先,增加TDI CCD视频信号的增益可调范围和视频AD的量化位数,尽可能高地提取出TDI CCD的噪声;其次,改变TDI CCD接收的辐照度,制定TDI CCD各项视频响应性能的检测方法;最后,提出TDI CCD各项视频响应的准确计算方法,确定测量不确定度。实验结果表明:和以前测量方法相比,暗电流信号和CCD噪声的测量不确定度减小了10倍,其他视频响应性能的不确定度也减小了5倍多,因此,现有测量方法提高了TDI CCD视频响应的检测精度和准确性。 TDI CCD,mainly applying in space remote sensing and scientific experiment,usually exhibits the problem of low precision in performance detection,thus a high accuracy detection method is proposed.Firstly,the quantification position number of video AD and the gain adjustable scope of the video signal of TDI CCD are increased so as to draw the noise of TDI CCD as much as possible.Secondly,the radiation intensity on TDI CCD is adjusted,then the detection methods for every performance index of TDI CCD video response are established.Finally,calculation methods are put forward and the measurement uncertainty is confirmed.Experimental results show that compared with common techniques,the measurement uncertainty of the CCD noise and dark current signal is reduced by 10 times,and the uncertainty of other indexes is reduced by about 5 times,therefore it can be concluded that the proposed method can improve the detection precision and accuracy of TDI CCD video response.
