经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折62例 被引量：2

摘要 椎体压缩性骨折常导致脊柱畸形和腰背疼痛,传统保守治疗卧床时间长,疼痛易复发,效果欠佳[1]。随着经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术（PKP）的发展,因其能有效纠正后凸畸形,恢复压缩椎体高度,迅速缓解和消除疼痛,手术疗效稳定持久,被认为是治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的一种理性的方法。自2006年9月以来,我们对62例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者行经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术,并经过6个月至3年的随访,疗效满意,现报告如下。
