腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中不同止血方法对卵巢功能影响临床研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的 :探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中使用不同止血方法对卵巢功能的影响。方法 :选择60例单侧卵巢良性囊肿患者行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,并分为三组:单极电凝为A组、双极电凝为B组和镜下缝合为C组,各20例。于术前、术后3月和术后6月检测E2、FSH、LH并随访。结果:A组术后发生月经紊乱及植物神经功能紊乱多于B组和C组。三组术后3月和6月较术前出现E2下降和FSH、LH增高,其中A组与术前比较差异有统计学意义。结论 :腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除创面采用单极电凝止血会对卵巢功能造成损害而使用双极电凝或镜下缝合止血对卵巢功能影响较小。
