杏是法国最重要的核果类果树,目前总产量仅次于意大利,在欧盟国家中排名第二。该文对当前法国杏的产区分布、经营模式、品种结构、砧木类型、栽培模式、主要病虫害等产业环节进行了较为详细的介绍,以期为我国杏产业的发展提供思路和借鉴。
