摘要
重庆农村商业银行金融大厦结构高度200m,为B级高度超限高层,采用了钢筋混凝土框架+核心筒的双重抗侧体系。外围框架柱为满足建筑立面要求设计为斜柱,底部采用了型钢混凝土柱。简要介绍了该结构工程的结构体系、结构整体设计指标,并对计算结果进行分析。整体结构及构件设计融入了性能化设计思想,主要抗侧力构件满足中震不屈服(局部构件中震弹性)设计目标,并对结构进行了大震下的Pushover分析。
Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Project is a high-rise building of B-level height with 200m high. The structural system is frame-corewall reinforced concrete structure. To meet the requirement of building elevation, inclined columns are used in the periphery. SRC eotumns are applied in the bottom. The structural system, structural design principle and main results were introduced briefly. The performance-based seismic design principle and method were applied in the structure design. The main vertical lateral members did not yield under medium earthquake, and part of the vertical lateral members remained elastic under medium earthquake. Pushover analysis under rare earthquake was also done.
