摘要
对此中美房地产开发模式的差异,即政府在房地产开发中参与程度不同,金融市场中融资渠道不同,房地产开发业内分工专业化程度不同。结合中国现阶段情况提出三点建议:加大政府在房地产开发过程中的参与;融资渠道的多元化;细化房地产开发业内部分工。
compares the real estate development model in China and America,finds out the main differences including participation degree of government,financing channels in the financial markets and division degree of specialization.Combined with China＇s situation,this paper makes three suggestions： improving involvement degree of government in the development process,developing diversified system of real estate finance,increasing internal division of labor within the real estate development industry.
