摘要
针对企业在生产投资中主观成分过多、评估指标不统一不全面、企业领导的个人判断为主等问题,本文从实例出发,运用数据包络分析(DEA)建立一套科学的综合评价方法,对投资过程中的方案进行综合分析,以便在投资方案实施前给出一个科学合理的评价,降低投资风险,节省投资成本。
This paper is aiming atproductive investment problemsin many enterprises,such as,too much subjective consideration, inconsistent and incomprehensive evaluation indexes, leadership personal judgment, and so on. Based on a real productive example, use data envelopment analysis to establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation method. Thenmake a reasonable evaluation before investment plan implementation, reduce investment risk and costs.
