摘要
[目的]研究造纸法再造烟叶对卷烟产品的各种意义和实用价值。[方法]首先对国内外再造烟叶的理化指标进行对比分析,再对国内造纸法再造烟叶的可用性进行工业验证。[结果]造纸法再造烟叶具有良好的耐加工性,可以调节卷烟叶组配方和卷烟烟气中的化学成分,改善卷烟的燃烧性和填充力,降低卷烟单箱耗丝量,既具有降焦减害和降耗增效作用,同时又可以提高卷烟的内在质量(抽吸品质)。[结论]造纸法再造烟叶的广泛应用,将对卷烟工业的发展起到推动作用。
[Objective] To study significance and practical value of paper-making method for tobacco products.[Method] The physical and chemical index of reproducing tobacco at home and abroad was analyzed,then,the feasibility of reproducing tobacco by paper-making method in China was verified.[Result] As indicated by the research,the paper-making method not only can adjust tobacco leaf constituents and chemical components in tobacco smoke,but also improve combustibility and filling capability.The paper-making method could reduce tar and danger,improve inner quality of tobacco.[Conclusion] The extensive application of paper-making could advance tobacco industry.
