摘要
目的评价Q开关Nd:YAG激光、强脉冲激光以及二者联合应用对雀斑的治疗效果,探讨雀斑治疗的较适宜方案。方法选用波长为532 nm的Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗雀斑患者21例,选用波长为560 nm的强脉冲光治疗23例,先以强脉冲激光治疗2次,隔1月联合Q开关激光进一步治疗25例。随访3～6月判定疗效。结果Q开关激光治疗组总有效率为76.19%,强脉冲光治疗组为78.26%,Q开关激光联合强脉冲激光治疗组(联合治疗组)为100%。结论 Q开关激光和强脉冲激光对雀斑均有较好的疗效,二者无显著性差异;Q开关激光联合强脉冲激光治疗雀斑的疗效较单用其一的效果较佳。
Objective TO evaluste the effect of Q-switch ND ： YAG laser , IPL and both joint in the treatment of fredkles , and To explore t more appropriate method of freckles treatment . Methods 21 cases of fredkles treated by Q-switch ND：YAG （532nm） laser, 23 cases treated by IPL,25 cases treated by 1PL 2 times frist,and by Q-switch ND：YAG laser for further treatment lmonth later. ALL case we followed up for 3-6 month. Results The healing rate of freckles treated by Q-switch ND：YAG （532nm） laser was 76.19%, by IPL was 78.26%, by combined treatment was 100%. Conclusions Both Q-switch ND ：YAG laser and IPL have good curative effect to freckles treatment. And there is no significant difference between them. The Q-switch ND：YAG laser combined IPL＇s treatment was better than either of them alone.
