干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病足患者因患肢远端动脉血管狭小、闭塞常缺乏流出道,临床常规治疗方法效果不理想。干细胞移植是一种通过治疗性血管生成恢复患肢血供、重建患肢动脉侧支循环、促进局部血管生成的安全、有效的临床治疗新方法,为糖尿病足的治疗开拓了新前景。
