摘要
目的探讨三维超声造影对流产后无血流信号宫内残留物的诊断价值。方法对24例流产术后10～30天阴道不规则出血,并且彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)显示宫内残留物无血流信号的患者进行三维超声造影检查。结果 24例患者中18例宫内残留物可显示微血流灌注,病理检查含有胎物成分;6例宫内残留物局部未显示微血流灌注,病理检查为血凝块、变性坏死组织及炎性渗出物,不含胎物成分。结论三维超声造影比普通超声有助于进一步判断宫内残留物的性质,对指导临床清宫和临床诊断处理宫内残留物具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-diamensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound ima- ging in no blood flowing signal intrauteine residue after abortion. Methods 24 cases of abortion after 10-30 days of abnormal vaginal bleeding, and Color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） inntrauterine residue without blood flow signals patients were treated with three-dimensional lutrasound imaging. Results In the 24 patients, 18 cases of intrauterine residue had micro-perfusion by fetal material composition. 6 cases of intrauterine residue local had not micro-perfusion, which induced by blood clots, degeneration and necrosis of the organization and inflammatory exudate. Conclusion The three-dimen- sional contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging is more helpful to determine the nature of the residues of the intrauterine than ordinary ultrasound, and has an important guiding significance in clinical artificial abortion operation and clinical diagnostic processing intrauterine residues.
