摘要
目的对临床治疗老年性阴道炎的方法及疗效进行研究,寻求最佳的疗法用于临床推广。方法以我院收治的240例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将其按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组患者使用抗生素阴道给药治疗;观察组患者使用抗生素联合雌激素软膏阴道给药。对两组患者的疗效、生活质量、不良反应、抗生素使用时间、复发率及患者满意率等临床指标进行比较。结果观察组患者有效率为95.8%,较对照组患者的84.2%有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应、生活质量、抗生素使用时间、复发率及患者满意率等指标的比较中,观察组均有明显优势,且均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论使用抗生素联合雌激素软膏阴道给药治疗老年性阴道炎的应用中具有疗效显著、不良反应低、复发率低、患者满意率高等优势,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To research the clinical treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 240 cases of senile vaginitis patients wre divided into two groups. The control group was treatment with intravenous antibiotic therapy and the treat- ment group was treated with estrogen ointment vaginal delivery. The quality of life, side effects, recurrence rate and pa- tient satisfaction rate were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 95.8% and 84.2% （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the treatment group demonstrated advantages on side effects, life quality, time of antibiotic use, relapse rate, and satisfaction rate of the patients （P〈0.05）.
