摘要
目的探讨以颅脑损伤为主的多发伤患者监护及救治体会。方法回顾性分析24例以颅脑损伤为主的多发伤患者的临床资料,探讨以颅脑损伤为主的多发伤患者救治经过及转归。结果 24例患者中死亡2例,除1例仍需在SICU监护治疗外,21例病情稳定后已相继转出SICU进一步康复治疗。结论以颅脑损伤为主的多发伤应早期诊断,避免漏诊和误诊。积极处理危及生命的损伤,加强SICU监护治疗是救治成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the monitoring and treatment experience of 24 craniocerebral injury patients with multiple traumas. Methods The clinical data on 24 cranioeerebral injury patients with multiple traumas were retro- spectively analyzed to discuss the monitoring and treatment experience. Results In 24 cases, 2I were cured （87.5%）, 2 deaths （8.33%） and 1 （4.17%） was still monitoring treatment in SICU. Conclusion Give priority to with craniocerebral injury of multiple trauma should be early diagnosis, avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The keys to the success of treatment are to actively deal with life-threatening injury, and strengthen monitoring treatment in SICU.
