摘要
学生管理工作在大学人才培养工作中占有重要的地位。学生管理工作模式一定要体现以学生为本,全面、科学、和谐发展的思想,要从传统的、单一的、生硬的"刚性"管理模式,向现代的、和谐的、人性化的以"柔性疏导为主,刚性管理为辅"的管理模式转变。在学生管理过程中,要科学处理"刚性"管理和"柔性"管理的关系;管理、教育、服务的关系;他律与自律的关系,从而实现管理模式的与时俱进与创新。
Student management plays an important role in fostering talents in universities. Student management has to embody the students-centered philosophy, and the ideas of comprehensive, scientific and harmonious development, and has to be shifted from the rigidity, which means traditional, monotonous, rigid, to flexibility, which means modern, harmonious, and humanistic. In the process, the relationship of rigidity and flexibility, the relationship among management, education, and service, and the relationship between discipline and self-discipline have to be carefully dealt with, so that the management pattern can go with the times.
