摘要
为实现对大型三维复杂外形工件系泊链的磁粉探伤,研究基于磁痕可视化的自动检测系统.根据系泊链表面裂纹探伤的工艺要求,制定自动探伤的扫查策略,设计以探伤塔架、旋转平台、自适应探头架三者为主体的探伤机械系统.控制系统采用触摸屏与PLC的上下位控制方式,通过安装在探头架的CCD向操作员实时提供磁痕信息.经现场测试,该系统基本能满足自动探伤以取代人工探伤操作的要求.
An automatic magnetic inspection system was presented based on magnetic inspection indication visualized to test the crack of the mooring chains with complex shape.The scanning strategy of automatic inspection was determined according to the process requirements of the surface crack testing.The main mechanical structure includes the frame of detecting system conveying chains,rotating platform and the self-adaptive probe holder.The control system uses PLC as lower computer to communicate with the Human Machine Interface.Magnetic inspection indication was provided to operators promptly by CCD camera fixed on the probe holder.The experiment results shows the system satisfies application requirements well and can replace manual inspection.
