摘要
目前,黑龙江省在政府政策的大力支持下,农产品冷链物流基础设施及技术逐步完善,农产品冷链物流运作模式逐步增多,冷链物流步入快速发展新阶段。但黑龙江省的农产品冷链物流水平依然比较落后,基础设施不足,冷链物流标准化程度偏低。其发展对策是:优化整合农产品冷链物流系统;大力发展第三方农产品冷链物流组织;实现农产品冷链物流信息化。
Cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Heilongiiang now has entered into the rapid development phase as the facilities and techniques are improving and the operation patterns are increasing under the powerful policy support of I-Ieilongjiang government. However, cold chain lagistics of agricultural products is still underdeveloped in Heilongjiang in terms of insufficient infrastructures and less standardized processes. To cope with this issue, we need to integrate the cold chain logistics systems, vigorously develop third-party logistics organizations, and realize the Internet-hased information management of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.
