摘要
由于河南农产品供应链参与主体组织化程度偏低,缺乏有效的核心主体带动,"农超对接"项目不够深入,农产品物流技术水平低、配送体系落后、信息流不畅等原因,阻碍了河南农产品流通体系的发展。从供应链管理的视角,河南应大力培育农产品流通供应链的核心主体,发挥其辐射带动作用;加大政府对"农超对接"项目的支持力度;提升农产品物流能力;强化农产品供应链信息化建设。
The development of the circulation system of agricultural products in Henan is hindered because of the less organized partic- ipants of supply chains, underdeveloped Farmer-Supermarket programs, low-level logistics techniques, backward distribution systems and the impeded information flow. From the view of supply chain management, Henan shall vigorously cultivate core subjects of the sup- ply chains, giving play to their radiation and leading role; strengthen the governmental support of the Farmer-Supermarket programs; raise the logistics capability of agricultural products; and reinforce the construction of supply chain information development of agricul- tural products.
