三种外固定治疗方法老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者的疗效比较 被引量：9

摘要 老年人桡骨远端骨折多为粉碎性不稳定骨折，导致腕关节解剖参数的不同程度丧失，若治疗不当可导致腕关节功能的受限。笔者比较分析了分别以手法复位石膏固定、夹板同定及克氏针结合外固定架治疗90例老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者的临床资料，旨在探讨该骨折的最佳治疗方法，现报告如下．
