摘要
目的探讨参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的治疗效果以及对免疫状态的影响。方法将60例UC患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶治疗，观察组则在对照组治疗基础上联用参苓白术散治疗。观察并比较两组总有效率、治疗前后血清白介素．6（IL-6）、IL．10以及外周血CD4＋、CD25＋T细胞（Treg细胞）水平。结果观察组总有效率为90．00％，显著高于对照组的76．67％（P〈0．05）；与治疗前相比，两组血清IL-6水平均显著降低（均P〈0．05），但以观察组更为明显（P〈0．05）；与治疗前相比，观察组血清IL—10水平显著升高（P〈0．05），外周血Treg细胞所占比例显著升高（P〈0．05）。结论西药联合参苓白术散治疗UC疗效肯定，疗效显著优于单用西药，可能通过调节免疫状态产生治疗效果。
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Shenlingbaizhu decoction on immune status in patients with ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods 60 patients with UC were selected and divided into control group and experi- ment group evenly and randomly. Control group received treatment of salazosulfapyridine, while experiment group re- ceived treatment of Sbenlingbaizhu decoction based on treatments of control group. Clinical efficacy, serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8,percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood were obseived and compared between two groups before and after treatments. Results Total clinical efficacy of experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） （ 90.00% vs 76.67% ） ; Serum level of IL-6 was decreased significantly in all patients （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , more significantly in experiment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment ; Serum level of IL-10 increased significantly in experiment group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Percentage of Treg cells increased significantly in experiment group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination therapy of salazosulfapyridine and Shenlingbaizhu decoction shows significantly better clinical effects than salazosulfapyridine alone, probably via regulating immune status.
