摘要
目的探讨同期电视胸腔镜手术治疗双侧肺大疱的术式及疗效。方法对26例双侧肺大疱患者行电视胸腔镜同期肺大疱切除＋胸膜固定术。结果手术效果满意，无中转开胸及术后死亡。手术时间85～210min，平均150min；术中出血35～200ml，平均65ml；术后胸腔引流液350～1600ml，平均860ml；术后胸腔引流管留置3—6d。结论同期电视胸腔镜手术治疗双侧肺大疱，疗效满意，安全可靠。
Objective To explore the operation＇ procedures, result of bilateral video-assisted thoracoscopic bleb resection. Methods Bilateral bullae of lung successfully underwent bilateral video-assisted thoracoscopie inter- thoracic operation were analyzed. Results All cases recovered well postoperatively. There were no intermediate thora- cotomy and operative mortality. The mean operation time was 150min. The mean operation blood loss was 105ml. The mean duration of chest tube drainage was 3 ~ 6d. The mean postoperative capacity of chest tube drainage was 860ml. Conclusion This technique is safe, effective procedure, and reduce operative expenses.
