摘要
用 YAG脉冲 1 .0 6μm激光 ,在高真空轰下击 Al靶 ,观测到 Al ,Al 和 Al 等离子体的若干谱线。利用快速脉冲发生器和光学多道分析仪 ( OMA) ,对激光脉冲和等离子体谱线的时间分辨特性进行了比较和测量。在激光脉冲作用期间均会产生连续的辐射谱。在激光能量较小时 ,等离子体谱线峰值在激光脉冲峰值后延迟一定时间出现 ,而在激光能量较大时 ,谱线峰值在激光脉冲期间产生。
Under high vacuum condition,using 1.06μm YAG pulse laser abating Al target,some AlⅠ,AlⅡ and AlⅢ spectra were observed.The laser profile and the plasma spectra time-resolved properties have been measured by using a fast pulse generator and optical multichannel analyser.Comparing the rusults at difference laser energy,we obtain the conclusion:When the laser energy is small,the plasma spectra peaks appears after the laser peak;when the laser energy is large,the spectra peaks appears at the same time of the laser peak.
