摘要
本文分析了斯太尔差速器十字轴轴颈根部早期疲劳断裂的原因,即:圆角过渡过于尖锐及强度不足,并提出加大圆弧过渡和整体表面渗碳淬火强化措施。
The earlier fatigue fracture on the shaft neck root of the Steyr differential spider was analyzed in this paper.It was indicated that the transition of shaft neck fillet was too sharp and the fatigue strength of the spider was too low.Arc transition increasing,the whole surface carburizing and quenching were proposed to improve the Steyr differential spider's strength.
