摘要
以花桥板栗嫁接苗为研究对象,通过调查嫁接苗的新梢径、新梢长等,建立秋季腹接嫁接苗的新梢径与新梢长、春季切接嫁接苗的新梢径与新梢长的关系方程,并对秋季腹接和春季切接嫁接苗的新梢径、新梢长进行了比较。结果表明:秋季腹接嫁接苗的新梢径(x)与新梢长(y)的关系方程为y=43.838 ln(x)+75.439。春季切接嫁接苗的新梢径(x)与新梢长(y)的关系方程为y=45.869 ln(x)+83.612。秋季腹接和春季切接嫁接苗的新梢长无明显差异。
Taking the grafted seedlings of Castanea mollissima ssp. huaq/ao as the research object, the diameter and length of the new branch were studied to find the relationship between the diameter of new branch and the length of new branch. And the diameter and length of cut-grafting seedlings and side-grafting seedlings were compared. The results were shown as follows ： The relation equation be- tween length （y） and diameter （x） of new branch of side-grafting in autumn was y = 43. 8381n （x） ＋ 75. 439. The relation equa- tion between length （y） and diameter （x） of new branch of cut-grafting in spring was y = 45. 8691n （x） ＋ 83. 612. There was no significant difference between the length of new branch of side-grafting seedlings and the length of new branch of cut-grafting seedlings.
