摘要
以20例痉挛型脑瘫儿童为研究对象,探讨运用游戏结合"平衡"性疗育方法对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童进行综合康复治疗的疗效。采GMFM量表评定,对患儿的粗大运动功能进行分析、找出问题。采用WeeFIM量表对患儿的疗效进行评定。实验组以设计游戏结合"平衡"性疗育方法对患儿进行康复治疗,对照组单纯应用"平衡"性疗育方法进行康复治疗。研究结果和结论:两组患儿入组时GMFM-88较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),康复训练后的GMFM-88评分均较治疗前明显提高,p<0.01;但实验组的有效率高于对照组,X2=9.56,P<0.01。游戏结合"平衡"性疗育方法作用于痉挛型脑瘫儿童的康复训练取得了较好的训练效果,因此,该方法是可行的,有效的。
With the study on 20 cases of cerebral palsy children spasm as the research objects, this paper studies the game with a ＂balanced＂ intervention method on cerebral palsy children of comprehensive rehabilitation effect. The GMFM scale assess, in gross motor on the patients analyzed, identifying functions by using the WeeFIM scale for the children＇s curative effect to be evaluated. Divide the game union into experimental and control groups, with the former group based on combining games with ＂balance＂ intervention on children rehabilitation, while the latter one only relying on simple application of ＂balance＂ intervention. The results show that： the difference between these two groups wasnt statistically significant based on the GMFM -88. （ P 〉 0.05 ） , and after rehabilitation training, GMFM - 88 scores were relatively before treatment improved obviously, with P 〈 0.01, which explained that two treatments were valid; and the treatment group was more efficient than the control group, with X2 = 9.56, P 〈 0.01. The game with a ＂balanced＂ intervention method in the cerebral palsy children spasm of rehabilitation training is feasible and effective.
