摘要
农村体育公共服务体系的建设是打造服务型政府、完善全民健身体系、实现体育大国向体育强国目标迈进的必然要求。主要采用文献资料法、逻辑法、比较分析法等方法,基于科学发展观的视角剖析了农村体育公共服务体系建设过程中违背科学发展观要义的现象和问题,并提出要以科学发展观为指导思想来构建农村体育公共服务体系,旨在为当前打造服务型政府、实现体育强国的目标和完善全民健身体系提供理论参考。
Village sports public service system construction is the inevitable requirements of building a service-oriented government,improving national fitness system and realizing the goal from a large sports country to a great sports country.In this paper,the author mainly uses literature data,logic,comparative analysis and other methods to analyze the phenomena and problems of the village sports public service system construction process which is contrary to the scientific development concept,based on the concept of scientific development perspective,and the author proposes the scientific development concept guiding principle for building the village sports public service system and aims to provided a theoretical reference for building a service government,achieving the goal to be a great sports country and improving the national fitness system.
