摘要 以新世纪体育发展基本理念"以人为本"为指导思想,《教育大辞典》中定义的素质的概念为理论依据,结合社会体育指导员自身职业性质及特点,构建了社会体育指导员职业素质及其构成要素,对吕梁市社会体育指导员自身职业素质认知现状进行调查、分析并得出结论,为社会体育指导员职业素质的提高提供理论依据。 The guideline of this paper is "people-oriented",which is the basic concept of sports development in the new century.The theory foundation is the concept of inner quality defined by the Dictionary of Modern Education.This paper constructed the professional quality and its constituent elements of social sports instructor based on the combination of social sports instructors in their own nature and characteristics of the occupation.Finally,the cognition status of Lvliang social sports instructor's professional quality were surveyed,analyzed and the conclusion was also drawn.The purpose is to provide the theory basis for the improvement of professional quality of social sports instructors.
