摘要
文章主要介绍 2 .5Gb/s小型化光发射模块的原理及性能。该模块具有 2 4针双列直插结构 ,体积小、成本低 ,是新一代的 2 .5Gb/s光发射模块。经测试 ,该模块具有良好的环境温度适应能力。
The article introduces design and test result of a tiny optical transmission module at 2.5 Gb/s . The optical transmission module 's configuration with small size and low cost comes in a 24 pin package.Test results show that the module provides an excellent adaptability to the environmental temperature.
